Terms of Service
1. General Service Agreement
By engaging Mowjo Services, you agree to the following terms. We aim to provide high-quality, reliable service at fair, transparent prices.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are free and obligation-free. Prices depend on lawn size, access, and condition. Quotes are valid for 14 days and may be revised if conditions change.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise arranged. We accept bank transfer. Late payment fees may apply.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If access is blocked or unsafe, a call-out fee may apply.
5. Property Access and Safety
Clients must ensure safe, clear access. Pets should be secured, and obstacles removed. Unsafe conditions may result in refused service.
6. Waste Removal
Mowing includes removal of clippings. Large waste (branches or trees) may incur additional fees.
7. Damage and Liability
Mowjo Services is not liable for pre-existing damage. Any accidental damage caused directly by our work will be handled professionally.
8. Regular Maintenance Clients
Regular services are scheduled based on weather and seasonal growth. We notify clients of delays or holidays.
9. Pressure Cleaning Disclaimer
Older or brittle surfaces may experience lifting or colour changes. Clients should identify delicate areas beforehand.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll resolve it promptly.
